Artists maintain copyright on all images of their artwork. By submission, artists grant the Montgomery Art Guild the right to use their images for the purpose of publicizing the exhibition (online and in print). Artists grant the use of their image(s) as stated without further contact or compensation from the Montgomery Art Guild. Artist’s recognition/credit is provided with most use.
This exhibit will be displayed in a public business setting, with both customers and employees visiting it. Please keep this in mind when you submit your artwork. The Montgomery Art Guild and Regions Bank reserves the right to reject any submitted artwork if it is deemed inappropriate for this exhibition space.
